Nice analysis of a Seymour Hersch attempt to pin North Korean nukes on Bush. It centers on Pakistani involvement after they developed the Islamic bomb. I seem to recall somewhere that Pakistan's nuclear program was at least in part a response to India's program, which was a response to improved Chinese missile technology. Which resulted in part from lax tech transfer regulations enacted during the Clinton years, as part of a quid pro quo for all those illegal campaign donations during the '96 campaign.Ideals fell like dominoes when the money looked good.
