First order of business should be to dump this whole notion of the ‘nice guy filibuster’. Ya wanna stage a filibuster and stop up the works? Then get ye up behind the podium and commence to yapping. To my mind what they have going on here isn’t a filibuster and shouldn’t need 60 votes to override.
