Lost It -- "Walkin' After Midnight"
“Dad?” That’s how the show ends?
(Spoilers coming—don’t read if you haven’t watched it yet.)
I can buy it when people say they knew Shannon was going to be the one killed. But can anyone tell me that they saw “Dad” coming? When Michael just happened to be in front of the computer for the first time, and with no one else around, and after Locke and Eko had watched the spliced film that warned them not to use the computer for communicating “with the outside world”? If you saw all that coming, give me the scores for this week’s NFL games. I plan to make a killing.
So we evidently have a third station—the hatch, the building that the tailies found, and the one where Walt is. Two of the three have computers, which probably means they both have buttons to push. And they’re wired together with phone lines and modems at least, but Dharma doesn’t want any communication between them, lest another “incident” occur. Which really doesn’t answer anything. What kind of incident? Did it involve a black horse or a polar bear? Did it bring a plane down years ago, and were the victims of that crash the “others?” This show makes my brain hurt. In a good way, of course.
