Just some notes on people whose blogs I read. Some of this stuff is oldish, but worth rounding up in case you missed it:

--> Dawn Eden got a new job in DC.

--> Michelle Malkin got a new blog. Same address, spiffy new style.

--> James Lileks, whose travails we've kept up with around here, got a new job on a new blog.

--> Okie on the Lam got appointed to the Watcher's Council, where he will watch for weasels and also for good blog posts. And water moccasins. I hate those things.

-->FRED! blogs. Okay, so far it's mostly just "Here's my new column, and here's some video of me talking to some people". And he hasn't blogrolled JYB, even though I've been interested in Fred since way back when. But I have a feeling he's going to be developing that property quite capably.
